Terms & Conditions for Car Booking

By booking a car through this website/application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making a booking.

1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all car bookings made on this platform.
1.2. The customer must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
1.3. The terms may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. A booking is confirmed only after full/partial payment is received.
2.2. The customer must provide accurate details at the time of booking.
2.3. Payments can be made through online payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
2.4. Any pending balance must be paid before the trip begins.

3. Advance Payment & Refunds

3.1. Advance payments are non-transferable.
3.2. Cancellation policy:

• 48 hours before trip: Eligible for [80% refund].

• 24–48 hours before trip: Eligible for [50% refund].

• Less than 24 hours before trip: No refund.
  3.3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [7–10 working days].

4. Vehicle Usage Policy

4.1. Only the person(s) mentioned in the booking are allowed to drive the vehicle.
4.2. A valid Driving License, ID Proof, and booking confirmation must be presented at pickup.
4.3. The vehicle must not be used for:

• Illegal activities.

• Racing, speed testing, or reckless driving.

• Carrying passengers/goods beyond the permitted capacity.
  4.4. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Fuel & Mileage

5.1. The vehicle will be provided with [Full/Partial] fuel, and the same level must be maintained on return.
5.2. Mileage depends on road and traffic conditions; no claims will be accepted for variations.

6. Damage & Liability

6.1. The customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the booking period.
6.2. In case of accident/damage:

• The customer must immediately report it.

• All repair costs (beyond normal wear & tear) will be charged to the customer.
  6.3. Insurance (if applicable) is subject to the terms of the insurance provider.

7. Delays & Extensions

7.1. Late return of the vehicle will attract extra charges.
7.2. Extension of booking depends on vehicle availability and prior approval.

8. Rights of Service Provider

8.1. The booking may be canceled if:

• False information is provided.

• The vehicle is unavailable due to unavoidable reasons.

• The vehicle is misused.
  8.2. In such cases, a refund (if applicable) will be issued.

9. Indemnity

9.1. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the vehicle or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State].
